Return & Exchange Policy
Please read carefully! Current as 27 September 2022.
Unless otherwise specified, the majority of items are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printful, LLC. Once you have completed your checkout it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, delivery address, etc., please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Replacement of products and credits for products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful investigation and discretion, unless product fulfilled by us.
Printful will review replacement/return requests only (a) if there is a missing or broken product, or a print error if it is Printful fault and (b) if Printful will receive a complaint within 30 days from the day the product was delivered to the customer (or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the product is missing).

Returns Policy
Returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, due to the print-to-order nature customers cannot return based off “change of mind”.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to on-demand printing, there is minimal inventory to exchange. Please contact us to verify.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
All “sale” items purchased on this site are final. We will not accept returns, issue refunds, or make exchanges on any final sale of clearance items.
Shipping
We can ship to most international addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by your customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such a case, Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned. Customers will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
